Please Note: If choosing this payment method your order will not be sent until the cheque is received and presented, which could take a few extra business days.

Payment needs to be made within 5 days of placing the order.  You will be notified when payment has been received.

Ordering Clothing, Lingerie, Shoes & Postage

If your order is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours, if not please allow up to 28 days. Dreamgirl, Shirley Of Hollywood & Ellie Shoes comes from our suppliers in the USA which can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.  Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our web site. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order before it is processed. Delivery dates could vary for some items, so to check for an estimated delivery date, please send an email to sales@foonch.com prior to ordering. If a garment is placed on back order you will be notified in writing.   All items are shipped via Express Post / Platinum within Australia to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

·                     up to 500 grams in weight - $12 each

·                     up to 3 kilograms in weight - $16 each

$20.00 for International customers (via Airmail which includes insurance). Multiple items will have combined postage and shoes will be ‘on application’.

Insurance, if required, is your responsibility. All taxes and duties payable on international deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sorry no COD's.

Exchange of Garments or Items

We will gladly EXCHANGE any items or garments provided that we are notified within 7 days of purchase by email prior to returning.  All returns are to be approved by Foonch.  Items must be returned to Foonch within 7 days of approval.  Freight/postage cost on returns are to be paid by the customer.  We will exchange provided that:

  - The garment is not damaged, and is in the original undamaged packaging.

  - The garment's swing tags and labels are still attached;

  - The garment has not been worn (except to try on), soiled, laundered or dry-cleaned;

  - The original receipt is returned with the garment.

We will do our best to exchange the item with the correct size in the same style, depending on stock availability.  Should the stock be no longer available we will offer the customer another item (customer's choice) to the same value of the exchanged item.

Defective or not as ordered items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
All refunds are credited to the card used to make the original purchase, generally within 48 hours.

Refunds will only occur for items providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened

**Please note: we do not offer refund or exchange on Stockings or Body Stockings.**

This sale agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Foonch Clothing.


All prices include GST.


All goods purchased by you remain the property of until you have paid for them. Once the goods are paid for in full, the title will pass to you.

Orders for products on our website are subject to availability at time of order.

Foonch Clothing assumes no liability for any errors or omissions contained on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
